Return & Refund Policy

At LARINA COSMETICS TRADING L.L.C customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
