- We ship to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

- A flat shipping fee of AED 22 applies to each order.

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

- Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.

- If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
